My name is Chris Simms.
I am a highly motivated and dedicated Personal Trainer and Sports Therapist.
I have a strong background in both playing and studying sport and sports science, and post studies have maintained an immense passion and dedication in both research and advocating healthy living through exercise, diet and lifestyle choices.
As a dedicated health professional I have continued to research, create and apply many exercise, health and lifestyle traits and trends to my repertoire, and am always pushing boundaries and seeking new and effective ways to train both myself and my clients.
I have worked (and continue to work) personally with some incredible people and pride myself on having a strong rapport with all of my clients, proven by the fact that most of my clients have worked with me for many years. I mentor and inspire to achieve positive results and am confident I can undertake and succeed with any personal goals and objectives you have. I guarantee to make an athlete out of anybody!
I offer a unique Personal Training service that will deliver only positive results in the health and wellbeing of your body. Training sessions will work to rectify any initial problems by using large range movements that elongate the whole body, maintaining a high carry over or transfer into ‘real life’, alongside the training goals and objectives you will have set. You can expect to see many physical developments in your abilities such as improved muscle tone; the ability to move freely (mobility and flexibility); reduced or no feelings of aches and pains; a reduction in body fat and/or weight loss; an increased sense of wellbeing and psychological benefits such as improvements in self-image and self-esteem; strength and/or power improvements; increased endurance; better sleep patterns and an increase in daily energy; a better/healthier skin tone; postural improvements.
What I expect from my clients…
A commitment to Personal Training is a big deal, and it is a commitment that I find most clients have pondered over for three to six months before even making contact with me. To help you succeed I expect you to maintain the high standards set within our sessions together, and so anticipate you complete any training sessions set between our sessions if necessary. You may also be advised to alter your diet and lifestyle in part, to help obtain your training goals and objectives.
