Small Group Training

When: Monday and Wednesday at 7pm

Where: Private Personal Training Studio in Newport Pagnell (MK16 9PY)

How much: £200 per block of twenty sessions (£10 per person per session)

Upcoming dates: 4th June – 8th August | 13th August – 17th October | 22nd October – 19th December (18 sessions)

Other information: 4 clients (maximum) per session; 60 minutes per session

♦ Group training sessions are a popular choice for many new clients as an ideal way of splitting the cost of training, quickly building a team spirit, helping with motivation, maintaining focus to achieve training goals, and then there’s the sociable aspect of it too.

♦ Group training sessions are always tailored on a personal level to each client individually, so are for all abilities.

♦ Sessions will be a mixture of High Intensity Interval Training, weights and cardiovascular exercise, all with a focus on the functional aspects of life and sports to improve and increase fitness levels, muscle tone, movement, posture and flexibility, aid weight loss, develop and build power, strength and stamina, and of course, designed for you to feel incredible!

♦ Fitness Assessment sessions to keep everyone on track, to include measurements of blood pressure, weight, body fat percentage, body composition measurements, peak flow (lung capacity), flexibility, and a personal/individual stamina test.

♦ WhatsApp group support on hand as well just in case you need us.

The small group size of four clients ensures a personal and professional relationship is maintained and everybody gets the results they desire.
