This breakfast smoothie is a win-win, and it’s all thanks to me sharing some almond milk!

A client made this beauty of a smoothie for me a couple of days ago, and here’s me passing on the inspiration. If you want a healthy breakfast inspiration too, that keeps you full all morning, then this is a smoothie to grace your blender with.

Using a handful of ingredients, including a couple of super-superfoods, slow-realeasing oats, a banana and some creamy almond milk, here’s to a top breakfast tipple.

Smoothie Ingredients

*My Recipe Top Tip!*

Freeze the fresh raspberries and banana for around half an hour to an hour before you make this smoothie. I personally love a cold smoothie or shake and this for me creates the best in smoothie taste and texture.

Smoothie Ingredients List…

1½ cup almond milk (I use Rude Health if it’s not homemade)

1 cup fresh raspberries (frozen beforehand if you wish)

1 ripe banana (frozen beforehand if you wish)

⅓ cup oats (I use gluten-free)

1 tablespoon cacao nibs
